Daily inspection steps of heavy duty electric forklift
1. When filling the brake fluid with an electric forklift, do not splash the brake fluid onto any painted surface, otherwise the paint will be damaged. Prevent dust and water from entering.
2. Leakage inspection: hydraulic oil, electrolyte, brake fluid. Check the hydraulic pipe joints, battery and brake system for oil or liquid leakage. Touch with hands and visually check. Open flames are strictly prohibited.
3. Check the grounding surface of the tire to see if it is damaged or not, and whether the tire wear exceeds the safety warning line.
4. Check the proportion of electrolyte in electric forklift. Check whether the wiring of the two terminals is loose or damaged, otherwise it should be adjusted or replaced.
5. Check the brake pedal, try to step on the brake pedal, whether there is any dullness or jamming in production reduction, and whether the throttle / brake is sensitive and effective. Brake fluid check, open the brake oil cup cover, check whether the brake fluid volume is within the scale, if the fluid volume is insufficient, please add.
6. Check the control system of the electric forklift: check whether the lifting handle, tilting handle, adjusting handle, attachment handle are loose and the return position is good.
7. The electric forklift inspects the gantry and fork to ensure that: the fork is free of cracks and bending, and the fork is firmly and correctly installed on the fork.
